Although the Inclusive Harvest Festival yesterday already had its fourth edition since 2019 -it has become, little by little, a classic-, for the first time it was held in a public and open space, and before more than 1,000 people. These condiments turned it into a party historicalto the point that in the future the intention is for it to be part of the official calendar of the Wine harvest Festival in Mendoza.

The Gabriela Mistral Theater (Located in the O’Higgins Parkfrom Ciudad) was the setting for the first edition massive of this show, organized by different institutions that provide support, education and integration to People with disabilities. In fact, they were their own students of the institutions – from children to adults 60 years– who starred in and gave life to the staging of “Harvest with the five senses”the center number of the Inclusive Harvest which included 199 artists (all people who attend institutions) and that was even written by Mauricio Pereiraa poet and writer who attends the day center Thadi.

Mauricio Pereira was the screenwriter. He is a writer who is part of the Thadi and who likes to write, do poems. He was the mentor of all couplets of the voiceover of ‘Harvest with the five senses’. “Last year it was called ‘Postcards of a magical encounter’ and the boys worked from their houseswith photos and videos. The first face-to-face and massive Inclusive Harvest

The staging of “Harvest with the five senses”which began around 8 p.m. yesterday and lasted for almost 75 minutesmark a historical landmark for the Inclusive Harvest. And it is that not only the celebration was opened to the general public -and brought together more than 1,000 people-, but had the participation of 13 casts of different educational institutions who work with children and adults with disability. To the 199 artists on stage were added -in addition- the therapists, teachers and companions.

Being a inclusive celebration is that, precisely, they participated in the launch other artists. “In addition to the artists from the casts of each institute, other two groups. Inclusive and included in the national calendar

As confirmed by the director of the party, they have already started with the steps and negotiations so that -in 2023– the Inclusive Harvest be part of official calendar of the National Harvest Festival.
