Chemnitz/Zwönitz – Bizarre pictures in room 231 of the Chemnitz district court: Margitta B. (59) should actually be in the dock. However, she broke up her trial, made convoluted statements and rejected the judge.
Away from the trial, which was not yet a trial, she admitted to biting a police officer at an anti-corona demo on May 10, 2021 in Zwönitz.
When the process was called, Margitta B. rose from the seat in the spectator area and stammered in the direction of judge Markus Zimmermann (63): “Show me your proclamation that you have been appointed as a judge by the Allies. You know that you are personally liable. I I am a man and not a thing. You have received an eight-page letter from me.”
Her defense attorney Martin Kohlmann (44), who was also one of the driving forces behind the Monday demos, added: “The defendant rejects the judge because of bias.”

What happened on that May 10th? Margitta B., who was still on the Zwönitz city council for the AfD at the time, is said to have pushed a policewoman away twice with her hands during the heated demo, causing her to stumble. She is said to have bitten another police officer on the wrist – punishable as assault against law enforcement officers and bodily harm.
Eight police officers were injured that day.
Away from the negotiation, B. admitted the fact: “I only bit slightly.”
The attack was self-defense because she was held by several police officers due to an ID check. According to her own statements, she was only a year on the city council for the AfD.
Judge Zimmermann must now issue a written statement. Until then, the process was adjourned.
