In her speech, Minister Cubino stated that “I am grateful for the presence of all the authorities present, but I mainly want to say hello to the schools todayto our flag bearers and flag bearers, to our teachers who carry out a sovereign exercise every day”.
“In the next few days, almost 3,000 students from all over the province will make their promise to the flag. We recognize in you those who carry the message of identity that Belgrano bequeathed us every day,” he added.

“Belgrano spoke to us about happiness as a public right, as a need for all of us to have access to the same rights. He worked for an independence recognizing the beautiful diversity of our territory and that this was precisely our strength.”, he stressed.

And if there are other representatives who with great dignity set foot waving our flag in that territory that is still invaded, they are our War veteransto whom We recognize and thank because they will be the ones who will take the promise to the flag to our students”.
During the act, the change of the ceremonial flag of School No. 2 Benjamín Zorrilla took placethe first educational institution in the city of Río Grande that will be 100 years old in October.
