Russia bombs a school in Lugansk and leaves 2 dead and 60 missing

At least two people have been killed in a Russian attack on a school used as a shelter in the region of Luganskin the east of Ukrainewhile another sixty are missing under the rubble, sources from the Ukrainian regional authority report.
