On March 6, Russia reported that in the framework of the special military operation in defense of Donbas, it had found several documents and physical evidence that show that the United States was developing biological weapons in Ukraine.

On March 11, Polianski himself called a meeting of the Security Council to analyze the material collected by Russia on Ukrainian territory.

At that time, the Russian Defense Ministry revealed that the United States had allocated a figure of more than 200 million dollars to support the biological laboratories, which also carried out experiments with the bat coronavirus.
