Different proposals of tourist interest can be found by the visitor in San Salvador de Jujuy.

In order to offer alternatives of entertainment both for the local public and for tourism visiting the city on this long weekend Secretary of Culture and Tourism of the Municipality of San Salvador de Jujuy has outlined a series of interesting proposals to enjoy the capital of Jujuy, such as different guided tours and a theater marathon to the cap at the “Héctor Tizón” Cultural Center.

The Secretary of Tourism of Jujuy, Diego Valdecantossaid that the province began this long weekend with a hotel occupancy greater than eighty percent in general and ninety percent in the Quebrada de Humahuacawhich at the same time allows planning a winter vacation with full accommodation capacity.

It is within this framework that the municipality of the capital welcomes tourism with different proposals, such as an afternoon and evening of theater as an option to enjoy this Saturday scenic art produced in the city.

This is because the La Rosa Theater group celebrates a new anniversary and will celebrate it in the Cultural Center “Hector Tizon” -located on the street corner Hipólito Yrigoyen 1,302 corner Junín- with three interesting works that portray Jujuy and its people in different dimensions.

At 18:00 the curtain will be drawn to see “Donkey tales”; at 20:00 the group will stage “Suriman attacks” -the fantastic story of a genuinely jujuy superhero– and finally from 22:00 will present “Chingoil Company” -from when the El Chingo neighborhood was an oil power-, being the last two works authored by the Celebrated author Jorge Accame.

On the other hand, for this Saturday and Sunday the municipal Culture and Tourism area has planned to have in the schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the atrium of the Cathedral Churchopposite Plaza Belgrano, a stand to offer information on the service of guided tours of the historic center of the city.
