The census bulletin number 9, sent this Monday afternoon by the ONEshows that these demarcations present a “low level of progress”compared to others that have a high level.
In the particular case, of Greater Santo Domingothe municipalities of Santo Domingo Este, Norte, Oeste and Boca Chica show a light blue color, referring to a low level of registration.
On the other hand the National District, Pedro Brand and San Antonio de Guerra shows a medium level of field work.
Otherwise, the provinces of Independencia, Barahora, Baoruco, Azua, La Vega and Sánchez Ramírez are the ones with the highest level of registration.
At the medium level are Monte Plata, San Pedro, Hato Mayor, Samaná, Santiago Rodríguez, San Juan, Elías Piña, Valverde, Monte Cristi Dajabón, among others.
Victor Romero, director of Censusdeclared this Monday that in 26 provinces more than 80% of the work has already been done.
