The investigation into the drying up of the Tarna River is still ongoing, but there are no suspects yet. The expert assigned to the case was given two months to wrap up, most of which is left: he has until the end of the year to make a statement about the extent and value of the damage caused by the withdrawal of water from the Debrői Tóth és Tóth winery.

Greenfo wrote that, according to their information, it is already certain that the winery did not have permission to extract water and it also turned out that the larger one of the two pumps used for this purpose has a higher withdrawal capacity than the stream’s water flow measured during drought. In addition, according to them, it was established that the management of the winery concerned did not show any kind of active remorse during the procedure.

THE portal claims that he recently spoke with one of the Tarna activists, who said that during the fall wine days in Peldebrő, the employees of the winery told them that their bosses had repeatedly told them that
