A Mexican girl turned viral on social networks not because of a cute or funny fact, but because her mom found her cutting banknotes for a school assignment.
The fact was made known through TikTok, where the woman published a video where her daughter is seen cutting a dollar bill. 200 pesos with a scissor.

In the clip, it can be seen how the mother, realizing what was happening, took both the money and the school supplies from her. Apparently, the girl’s task was to cut out the faces of emblematic figures such as Benito Juárez, Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera and Sor Juana Inés de la Cruzand paste them on a blank sheet of paper.
The video is accompanied by the phrase of the Spanish journalist Chelo García-Cortés “And the voices in my mind tell me: kill it, kill it, kill it”background.
From the viralization of the TikTok clip, network users were quick to react to the video and even made jokes saying that the task it was worth more than 970 pesoswhich “deserves a 10 qualification and even extra points”.

Despite the funny sense of some, others they questioned if they were real banknotes and they even said that the money was fake and the video was made to gain views.
A group of Internet users also lamented that although the parents then stick the heads back on the bills, these would no longer be replaced by the bank nor would they have the same value.
