Last Friday (11)🇧🇷 the operator Vivo announced the opening of 50 vacancies for black people in leadership positions – available to professionals from different regions of Brazil. Interested parties must register by November 27th in a official page created exclusively for the selection process.

Vacancies are intended for residents of São Paulo (SP), Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Curitiba (PR), Goiânia (GO), Salvador (BA), Recife (PE), Belo Horizonte (BH) and Fortaleza (CE) . Also, on November 29, a virtual fair will be held to show all the benefits and opportunities that the company offers.

The vacancies provide opportunities for supervisory, coordination and management positions in the following areas: Administrative, Technology, Telecom, Customer Relationship, Field and Commercial (Stores).

“We are committed to having a more plural and diverse environment within the company. Promoting vacancies for black people in leadership positions reinforces our concern to ensure the representation of this public in all positions in the company”said Vivo’s people vice-president, Niva Ribeiro.

Opportunities at Vivo: what are the benefits of the company?

In addition to salaries compatible with the market, the selected candidates will receive different benefits, such as medical and dental assistance, VR/VA, transportation vouchers, life insurance, birthday day off, landline discounts, broadband, TV and free apps . Hiring will take place from January 2023.

According to the company, Vivo already has about 33% of black employees in its general staff and 22% are in leadership positions. Currently, half of the openings in the operator’s internship and trainee programs are for black professionals.
