Nutritionist Anna Drobysheva listed the mistakes that people who want to lose weight often make.

First: not enough water. The specialist recalled that you need to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, which removes harmful substances from the body. “Do not replace clean water with other high-calorie drinks,” says Drobysheva.

The second mistake: lack of fat in the diet. Without them, fat-soluble vitamins are not assimilated, which ends very badly – serious health problems arise. “It is more important to reduce the amount of carbohydrates, not fat,” – quotes the words of the nutritionist RIA Novosti.

The third mistake: lack of protein, which plays a key role in maintaining muscle mass and burning fat. “Include protein foods in every meal. They should be at least 1/4 of the plate,” advises Drobysheva.

The fourth mistake: low-calorie breakfast. You need to start the day with a large amount of food, and end with a light dinner – the ideal one looks like this: protein plus fiber.
