She studied Sociology, even took a post-graduate course in Communication Law, but fate soon put her on the path of gastronomy, through the Master’s Degree in Food, Sources, Culture and Society at the University of Coimbra, which she concluded with a dedicated work to Portuguese gastronomy and regional cuisines. But when we look into her past, we realize that her approach to the art of the kitchen was anything but unusual.
