Chega will propose the express prohibition in the law that ministers and secretaries of State have participation in companies that sign contracts with the State, whatever the business area. The announcement was made this morning by the leader of Chega following decisions by the Public Ministry that works with the Constitutional Court (TC) that filed complaints about the cases of the former Minister of Infrastructure and Housing Pedro Nuno Santos, the Minister of Health Manuel Pizarro and Secretary of State for Nature Conservation João Paulo Catarino.
