Return to classes in León: Lux stops face-to-face classes due to an increase in COVID cases

Leon, Guanajuato.- While authorities inaugurated the Leon Fair, private schools, such as the Lux Institute They sent a circular to the parents of the family of suspension of face-to-face classes due to the increase in infections of Omicron.

The Lux Institute Steering Committee sent the statement, dated this Friday, where the suspension of face-to-face classes is settled.

Due to the rapid spread of the COVID-19, in the global context and of our own institution, the decision has been made to switch to the virtual educational modality during the week of January 17 to 21, as well as the suspension of sports academies during the same date, this as a preventive measure ”.

“Each level will be providing specific information on how to proceed according to its operation,” indicates the statement from the Instituto Lux.

Other schools switch to virtual format due to increase in COVID cases

Other schools like the Instituo Montclair, which started the cycle without face-to-face classes, will maintain distance classes.
