School in lockdown after boy, 13, is stabbed multiple times in the back
A school has been sent into urgent lockdown after a teenage boy was stabbed multiple times in the back.
The student, 13, was attacked at Arthur Phillip High School in Parramatta, western Sydney, on Monday morning.
The school was forced into lockdown after he was stabbed multiple times in the back and arm.
Five NSW Ambulance crews have been sent to the school on Macquarie Street.
A police operation is also underway.
