Morata returns to Atletico after & amp; quot; shipwreck & amp; quot; with Juventus

Alvaro Morata returns to Atletico, after the “wreck” of talks with Juventus for his permanent transfer to Turin. The Italians did not cover the purchase clause of 35,000,000 euros, which was provided for in its two-year loan, and discussions on another amount did not reach an agreement.

Morata was called up for the summer preparation of the “Rochiblancos” and in case he remains in the team, he will fill the gap left by the departure of Luis Suarez.

He played for Atletico in the second half of 2019-2020 on loan from Chelsea. In the summer of 2020, the Spaniards bought him for 35,000,000, but gave him on loan for two years to the “Bianconeri”, where he failed to convince of his value, scoring only 32 goals in 92 games.
