Nintendo continues its expansion phase in Latin America, and has now revealed that the countries of Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru will have support for local currencies. In other words, the eShop virtual store in Peru will be able to process purchases in soles from June 15.
“Through this new online store, players will be able to buy digital games of their favorite titles in their local currency, and then download them directly to their console switchmaking it the ideal way to purchase games when your console isn’t around”, reported the company in a press release sent to the media.

The store shop of Nintendo in Peru already offers the most recent releases of the company such as Mario Strikers: Battle League, Nintendo Switch Sports, Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Metroid Dread, Mario Party Superstars, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and many more.
