Already almost everyone uses the cell phone for more than communication. For most, it is not enough with the phone and WhatsApp. There is also access to the bank, games, news, social networks, travel apps, photos, databases, delivery, Zoom and much more. It will be for this reason that despite the crisis more and more Argentines buy mid-range and top-of-the-range cell phones. Or better yet, powerful pocket computers to use every moment of the day.
“There is more demand for premium phones. This year we are selling 40% more the Galaxy S22 than last year the S21”, exemplifies Clarion no laps Mariano Dascanio, Product Marketing & BI of Samsung.
But to climb to the top of the mobile Olympus it is not necessary to buy the most expensive. The top ones are $247,999 (Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra) and $360,000 (iPhone 13). However, there are several models with very similar characteristics that are sold at half of those values (or less). They are the entry-level high-end, a category known as “Entry Premium”.
The Samsung FE 21 came out in January and is already sold in the country.
In general, they are the younger brothers of the more powerful ones, with some slightly more modest features, materials with less glamorous finishes, less RAM, but they usually have the same or a similar processor and the same screen.
Almost all of these cell phones can be purchased in installments in the official stores of the brands.
