Two men were shot dead on Wednesday night (8), in the city of Feira de Santana, about 100 km from Salvador. One of the victims was identified as Ricardo Vieira Soares, 44 years old, who was a percussionist and was a member of the extinct band Xêro Mole.
The musician was at the door of Residencial Aviário 3, along with the other man, identified as Wellington Silva Santos, 38, when the two were attacked with gunfire. Both died at the scene of the crime.
The bodies were taken to the Legal Medical Institute (IML) of the city. There is no information about the burial of the victims. Ricardo left a wife and three children.
The authorship and motivation of the crime are under investigation by the Civil Police. Until the last update of this report, no suspect had been arrested.
