Corinthians agreed today (15) to renew the 21-year-old midfielder Adson. Son of Terrão, shirt 28 was raised to the main team of Timão in early 2021 and played 24 games, scoring three goals. He arrived at the club in 2017, in the under-17, and was runner-up in the Copa do Brasil category. He also had an important stint in the under-20.

Now, Adson has a bond with Corinthians until December 2024 – the extension was one year. “I am very happy with this renewal. It’s another dream come true in my life. Let’s go together in search of our goals this season”, assured the athlete to the Timão website.

In 2021, Adson became the team’s starter for a brief period, acting as a left winger, but lost space after suffering a tough entry against Athletico Paranaense, still in the first round of the Brazilian Championship. He is another one of the Filhos do Terrão who had his contract renewed under Duilio Monteiro Alves.

In addition to him, defenders João Victor and Raul Gustavo, midfielder Du Queiroz, left-back Lucas Piton and attacking midfielder Gabriel Pereira have already had their bonds extended. Of the youngest players, the one with the closest end is Ruan Oliveira, who is recovering from a second knee surgery and is unsure of a stay after June 30, 2022.
