The Brazil Athletics Trophy, starts this Wednesday (22) and in partnership with the Olympic Channel, NSPorts will broadcastthe competition that will be held at the Nilton Santos Olympic Stadium, in Rio de Janeiro, and can be watched free of charge through the platform.



“This is a traditional tournament, which has a lot of appeal and brings together big names in the sport. Therefore, we will use the best of our structure to provide a quality broadcast, which meets the public’s desires and reflects the quality of the competitors”, said Guilherme Figueiredo, CEO of NSports.

The 41st edition of the Brazil Trophy marks the last chance for athletes to reach sufficient numbers to participate in the World Championships in Athletics, which will be held in July this year, in the United States.

Among the well-known names that will participate in the championship are Darlan Romani, world champion in shot put; Thiago Braz, Olympic pole vault champion; Daniel Nascimento, who won the Rio Half Marathon last Saturday, and Vitória Rosa, who is coming off good results and winning international medals in the 100m and 200m.



The opening of the XLI Troféu Brasil de Atletismo takes place on Wednesday morning (22), with the men’s race march start. The competition is scheduled to end at 11:50 am on Saturday (25), after the men’s and women’s 4×400 meters relays.
