Apple has shown interest in buying the English football club Manchester United for $7 billion. informs Daily Star.

It is noted that the head of Apple Tim Cook intends to study the opportunities that will open up the ownership of a football club, and to establish contacts with banks chosen by the Glazer family to seek investment in Manchester United. The corporation may also finance the construction of a new stadium for the club.
