Two changes in the benches come to the First B. The defeat against Recoleta sentenced the departure of Cristián Arán from the Temuco Sports bench, while Miguel Ramírez is preparing to take over at Universidad de Concepción.

The fight to achieve promotion continues in Primera B. While Magallanes remains solid at the top of the standings with an almost perfect campaign, the panorama is much more fought for in the league zone and everyone wants to get into the Party for Ascent.

Deportes Temuco knows this and, after a defeat against Recoleta, the leadership opted for the departure of Cristián Arán from the Temuco bench. Yesterday, the Pije lost a chance to climb the standings and get closer to the league zone, stalling in tenth position with 14 points.

Arán leaves behind a record of three wins, five draws and five losses. The leadership announced that his departure was “by mutual agreement” and more information was withheld regarding a replacement. Those from Pije, without a coach, have an important challenge next week: they will face Cobreloa, who is fighting to close the gap with Rangers and Magallanes.

But the departure of Arán is not the only change in a Primera B bench. As reported by Al Aire Libre in Cooperativa, Miguel Ramírez is ready to take over the bench at Universidad de Concepción. And Cheíto is facing a very difficult challenge on the Campanil bench.

U. de Conce have won one game this season and are just one point above bottom side Deportes Santa Cruz. Cheíto, who left O’Higgins’ bench in December of last year, will arrive at Biobío with the mission of adding as soon as possible and moving away from last place.

Ramírez will make his debut on the Campanil bench this Monday and will face an old acquaintance. Universidad de Concepción will visit Santiago Wanderers at the Elías Figueroa Stadium and Cheíto will meet again with the team he led from 2018 to 2020.
