With the team in the runner-up of Serie C of the Brazilian Championship, the board of Brasil de Pelotas is active in the market, reinforcing the squad for the sequel of the season. The Club announced, this Wednesday (22), the hiring of striker Biel. Gabriel Ramos was playing in the A2 Carioca Series for Macaé. There, the 25-year-old scored three goals in seven games.

With Biel in the attack, Macaé was a finalist in the Santos Dumont Cup – 1st round of the State A2 Series. He even scored one of the goals in the 3-3 draw with Sampaio Corrêa, in the semifinal of the dispute. No decision, the Club ended up defeated by Volta Redonda. In the current season, the athlete also played in Serie A of the Carioca Championship, wearing the Boavista shirt. He played in all ten group stage matches and hit the net once. In an interview with BolaVip Brasil, he gave an overview of his trajectory until reaching the Rio Grande do Sul team:

“I started my professional career at Serra Macaense, in 2016, where we won access from Serie C to Serie B of the Carioca Championship. Thank God I was able to stand out that season, then I was loaned to some clubs: Ipatinga, Gonçalense and Boavista. Finally, Macaé Esporte, where I played the first round reaching the final, scoring three goals in seven games.

Already integrated into the cast of Brazil, Biel projected the second semester in this new career challenge. “I’m very happy. I hope to do a great job here at Xavante, and continue with my career progression. I’m already adapting to the cold and gaining more chemistry with my teammates, I hope soon to be able to make my debut with this heavy shirt, against passionate fans so that together we can achieve our goals”, he concluded.
