A new payment is coming Holiday Bonus. This benefit is delivered at the beginning of each year to the public sector workers so that they have greater purchasing power during the summer season.

Is the amount of the 2023 Vacation Bonus known?

The amount proposed by the Public Sector Board It is $115,000 for workers with net remuneration equal to or less than $968,981 and $57,500 to those who have a net income greater than $968,981, but equal to or less than $3,208,759 gross.

For this amount to be confirmed, we must wait for the results of the collective bargaining with the Government.

Who will receive the payment?

The benefit is paid to those who meet the following conditions:

  • Be a public sector worker.
  • Net remuneration equal to or less than $842,592.
  • Remuneration of less than $2,790,225.
  • How and when is it paid?

No need to apply to the benefit, since people who meet the requirements automatically receive it in their salary. The contribution must be paid in January 2023.

What other benefits does the negotiation consider?

The proposal also considers:

  • 15% increase in salary.
  • Minimum wages for assistants, administrative and technicalwith a floor of $550,000 pesos, $600,000 pesos and $650,000 weights, respectively.

  • Christmas bonus: $72,521 pesos for those who have salaries less than $968,981 pesos and $38,362 pesos for those who have salaries less than $3,208,759 pesos.

  • Conflict Term Bonus: $250,000 pesos for those who have a salary of up to $879,956 pesos and $150,000 pesos for those who have a salary greater than $879,956 pesos.

  • National Holidays Christmas bonus: $93,375 pesos for those with salaries equal to or less than $968,981 pesos and $64,819 pesos for those with salaries greater than $968,981.

  • General School Bonus: $90,811 pesos.

  • Additional School Bonus: $38,362 pesos.
