Londrina is not having an easy time in Série B of the Brazilian, since, after beating Náutico in the debut of the championship, they were not able to maintain the level of performance and live a sequence of five games without winning, with two draws and three defeats. Because of this, Tubarão is in the relegation zone, occupying the 18th place in the table. Wanting to reverse the scenario in the competition, João Paulo made a general charge to the cast.

In a press conference this Wednesday (11), the midfielder and captain of Londrina did not hide his displeasure with the team’s recent phase: “We need to have balance. It’s no use going out like crazy and what happened against Bahia [derrota por 4 a 0]. The internal charge is big. Nobody likes to live in defeat. I have always been victorious and the demand is great to win again. It’s time for everyone to assume their responsibility”, declared João Paulo.

João Paulo also took the opportunity to summon the Tubarão fans to attend the Café Stadium, explaining the importance of the fans in reversing this scenario: “We expect the fans to attend, it helps us a lot. The crowd that goes is in love with Londrina. I’m sure that with the victories the public will return to the Café. Saturday we need to play a good game, emerge victorious and gain confidence for the sequence of Serie B”, concluded the captain.

The steering wheel’s speech goes against that of Adilson Batista, who also asked for the support of the fan after the rout suffered by Bahia. It is worth mentioning that Londrina also does not live its best days behind the scenes, as the players complained about late salaries, while the manager promised to pay the debt until next week. In the midst of the troubled period, Tubarão faces Brusque this Saturday (14), at 11 am, at home, for the 7th round of Series B.
