What are the requirements of the Labor IFE?

If you wish to apply for the SENCE benefit, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Have a new employment contract during the current month of the application.
  • Have a taxable gross monthly remuneration less than or equal to three Minimum Monthly Income ($1,140,000).
  • Having been unemployed for the entire month prior to the start of the new employment contract. For this, Sence will check that you do not register pension and/or health contributions for any employer the month prior to the start of your new contract.
