busy day for Mauritius Island after Catholic University announce the agreement for his signing. El Huaso is ready as a crusader reinforcement, only details are missing for him to put on the La Franja shirt, specifically the rigorous medical exams, in which he should not have any problems, and later sign his new contract.

Flamengo has already dedicated a publication to him thanking the Chilean for his dedication and Isla’s former teammates in the Brazilian team did the same. Isla himself brought tail in a response to the UC for the Welcome, but Huaso’s goodbye to his former team was missing.

“Thank you my dear Flamengo for these two beautiful years. Eternally grateful for giving me the opportunity to play for one of the most important teams in the world,” Isla posted on her Intagram account.

The right back sentenced: “thank you colleagues, coaching staff and all the people who work at the club for your beautiful respect. From Chile I will be twisting for you”.

If nothing strange happens, Universidad Católica will officially announce the signing of Mauricio Isla as a brand new reinforcement for the second semester this Wednesday, with a contract until December 2024.

Mauricio Isla will finally make his debut in Chilean professional football after leaving for Udinese in 2007 from the youth team of the Católica, without minutes in the crossed first team.
