The Rockerill team took a few days off in the fall of 2022, to return in better shape than ever next month. Friday, December 2, it will be time to dive into a composed evening, entitled “Full Mittal Racket”. On the menu, the public will reconnect with the current cream of the garage and alternative rock scene in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. Shortly after the doors open, at 8 p.m., Magic Max will present its lo-fi universe. Next up is Chevalier Surprise, the new project by Jérémy Alonzi, member of Experimental Tropic Blues Band. Here, he happily mixes timeless rock with contemporary hip-hop.
Finally, the headliner returns, unsurprisingly, to La Jungle. The Hainaut duo is on a full European tour, with stopovers in Reunion and New Caledonia. And everywhere, his rigorous but hypnotic approach to motorik and dance music wins acclaim. Their latest record was partially created at Rockerill. Places are reserved from today, 10€ in presale via the site www.rockerill.com.
The suite will sweep through all the spaces of the former factory on rue de La Providence, from 10 a.m. this Sunday, December 4. The traditional Rockerill Xmas Vintage Market will experience its big comeback, after several editions heckled by the coronavirus pandemic.
On the menu, enough to carry out all your alternative shopping for this end of the year, to find gifts for the occasion, to place under the tree. Specialist sellers will be present with their records, books, clothing, furniture and period decorative objects. Everything will take place in a musical atmosphere on vinyl with Woodboy vs Curver and El Delincuente. Access to the Xmas Vintage Market is open and free.
