Spartak Moscow hockey players beat Avangard Omsk 3-1 in the Fonbet-KHL regular season away match.
As part of the winners, goals were scored by Maxim Tsyplakov (30th minute), Joey Keane (36) and Maxim Chudinov (58). The losers scored Reed Boucher (60).
Spartak inflicted the fifth defeat in a row on Lokomotiv in the KHL
Avangard’s winning streak stopped at nine matches.
The Omsk club is in sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings with 39 points in 33 matches. “Spartak” is located on the sixth line in the West with 37 points in 353 meetings.
In the next match, Spartak on November 25 will play away with Astana’s Barys, Avangard a day later will also meet Cherepovets Severstal away.
