France beat Australia 4-1 at the World Cup

The French team defeated Australia 4-1 in the first round match of the group stage of the World Cup in Qatar.
At the very beginning of the match, the Australian Craig Goodwin (9th minute) opened the scoring, but thanks to goals from Adrien Rabiot (27th), Killian Mbappe (68th) and a double from Olivier Giroud (32nd, 71st) France managed to break the course of the meeting in your direction.
Giroud equaled France’s all-time top scorer, Thierry Henry, with 51 goals.
At the 13th minute of the meeting, French defender Lucas Hernandez was injured and left the field. The football player was replaced by his brother Theo.
