President of the Kickboxing Federation of the Magadan Region Oleg Kadochnikov died on November 2 during a special operation in Ukraine, reported press service of the Russian Kickboxing Federation.

“While performing tasks during a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, the deputy platoon commander, the commander of the reconnaissance department of the reconnaissance company, 36-year-old junior sergeant, president of the Kickboxing Federation of the Magadan Region Oleg Yuryevich Kadochnikov, heroically died,” the report says.

The Kickboxing Federation expressed its condolences to the families and friends of the deceased.

It is noted that the funeral of Kadochnikov will be held at the federal military cemetery “Pantheon of Defenders of the Fatherland” in Mytishchi.

The Kickboxing Federation of the Magadan Region was created this year. In early February, Kadochnikov told in an interview with the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company “Magadan”, that from childhood he was engaged in kickboxing and hand-to-hand combat, and after retiring after serving “in the special forces”, he decided to become a coach.
