Dynamo coaching staff plans to start pre-season training as soon as possible

The new coaching staff of the Moscow football club Dynamo plans to start pre-season training as soon as possible. This was stated by the new head coach of the team Slavisa Jokanovic.
“I am motivated and very happy to lead a club with such a long and glorious history,” transmits the words of the Serbian specialist “Match TV”. “Our plan is to start pre-season training as soon as possible. I have worked in different countries and leagues, and the opportunity to discover a new championship is also an additional motivation for me.”
Dynamo announced the signing of a contract with Jokanovic on June 17. The agreement runs until the end of the 2022/23 season with the option of an automatic extension for two seasons.

Last season, Dynamo was led by German coach Sandro Schwartz, under whose leadership the Blue and White took third place in the Russian Championship and reached the final of the Russian Cup, where they lost to Spartak. After the season ended, Schwartz left the team.
Jokanovic is a native of the Serbian city of Novi Sad. He started his playing career at Vojvodina. Then he played as a midfielder in Partizan Belgrade, Spanish Real Oviedo, Tenerife, Deportivo La Coruña and Ciudad de Murcia, as well as London Chelsea.
He started his coaching career at Partizan Belgrade. He also worked for Muangthong United of Thailand, Levski of Bulgaria, Hercules of Spain, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Al Gharafa of Qatar, as well as English Watford, Fulham and Sheffield United. .
