On April 3, we welcomed the Winter timean instance that resulted in the clocks being slowed by 60 minutes and allows a much earlier sunset than usual, something that is not to the taste of many.
The time changes apply in much of our country, however, the region of Magallanes and the Chilean Antarctica since 2007 that maintains the same time. This is because the region itself is a low-light area, which does not require schedule changes.
It should be remembered that there is still no official information about a possible time change. Given this, it has been created Interministerial Technical Committee of the Schedulemade up of the ministries of Education, Health, Foreign Affairs, Transport and Telecommunications, Economy, Agriculture, Segpres and Energy who will evaluate an eventual change.
