Weather: cloudiness in the east, sunshine elsewhere

The maximum will be around 16 or 17°C at sea and in Hautes-Fagnes and between 18 and 21°C elsewhere. The wind will be moderate, and quite strong by the sea in the afternoon, from west to south-west. At the Coast, it will veer north to northwest and become moderate.
