On the west these cloudy fields will be more numerous with this morning risk of a few drops in places. The maxima will be close to 23 degrees in the upper Ardennes and will vary locally to 27 or 28 degrees in Lower and Middle Belgium, according to the latest forecasts from the Royal Meteorological Institute (IRM). This Sunday evening and tonight, the sky will be partly to sometimes very cloudy. A few showers will gradually invade the country from France. A local storm is not excluded. The night will be very mild with lows of 13 to 18 degrees.
Monday morning will initially be cloudy in most places and there may be a few showers with a possible thunderclap. During the morning, the weather will be dry from the southwest, but in the afternoon, thunderstorms may develop over the eastern half of the country, which may be locally intense. The maxima will vary from 19 degrees at the sea and in the High Fens to 24 to 25 degrees in the Campine.
