The transfer window in Brazil will only open again on July 18, but that doesn’t mean that the coritiba not looking at the options on the market. This Tuesday (10), vice-president Osiris Klamas confirmed that the steering wheel Zé Ricardo, from América-MGis a target of coach Gustavo Morínigo.

The 26-year-old midfielder has been a standout for Coelho for at least two seasons and was the subject of polls by several clubs in the Southeast. Palmeiras and Atlético-MG, for example, consulted the conditions last year, but América managed to keep their pupil. Klamas gave an interview to his colleague André Ribas, from the portal band B, and revealed the situation.

According to the manager, Coritiba spoke with Zé Ricardo before the window closed – in April -, but the negotiations did not continue after the closing.

“We have been evaluating several players. The window is new. We had some difficulties in some positions, but we are very happy with our squad. Zé Ricardo was evaluated as a possibility before the window. But, with her closing, we stopped the conversations”, concluded Klamas.

Recently it was reported in the media of MG that Zé Ricardo is looking for new air, since his relationship with Independência ends in December. That is, from July, the midfielder can sign a pre-contract with any team at no cost. In the current season, there are already 17 matches for Coelho.
