The decision taken by the judges of Évora could, at the limit, make the Tancos process fall to the ground. However, this is not the most likely scenario. What is most certain is that the case will continue to roll in the courts for a few more years because of the resources of the defendants, some of whom may even appeal to the Constitutional Court.
