It was to be expected that in a debate on price speculation and measures to stop it, food products in general would be discussed, but one food ended up concentrating attention: peas. It was, however, a response even smaller than a pea that the PCP, which scheduled the urgent debate, ended up receiving from the Government and the other parties regarding its proposal for price fixing.
