Six months after the national territory returned to normality, as the state of alert motivated by the pandemic ended, legislation that prevents many evictions is still in force. It is not known how many people are still unable to dispose of apartments and other real estate assets that belong to them and from which they cannot earn income, as they are occupied by third parties who do not pay the rent but who, even so, refuse to leave, and to whom courts have come to give reason.
