STF and TSE Minister participates in Electoral Justice Ombudsman College event
The minister of the STF (Supreme Federal Court) and the TSE (Superior Electoral Court), Dias Toffoli, arrives in Campo Grande on Friday (17) for the event to commemorate the ten years of COJE (College of Electoral Justice Ombudsman) . The ceremony will be held at the headquarters of TRE-MS (Regional Electoral Court).
The event will also have the presence of the judge of TRE-CE (Regional Electoral Court of Ceará), Kamile Moreira Castro, president of Coje and substitute ombudsman of the Ceará electoral court. On the occasion, the book “COJE, Information and Sustainability: 10 years special edition” will be launched.
Besides Toffoli, the minister of the STJ (Superior Court of Justice), Reynaldo Soares da Fonseca; the president of the AMB (Association of Brazilian Magistrates), judge Renata Gil; the vice president of Coje, and ombudsman of TRE-PR, Thiago Paiva dos Santos; the ombudsman of TRE-MT, judge Pérsio Oliveira Landim; and former president of Coje and former TRE-CE ombudsman, judge Raimundo Nonato Silva Santos.
Initially, the forecast was that three TSE ministers would come to the state, as announced by Governor Reinaldo Azambuja (PSDB). There is no forecast of other commitments by Toffoli and Fonseca.
