The Mobility Pass, an online document that certifies people’s vaccinations, is more relevant for interregional travel.
Since the beginning of November, the Government implemented new requirements to travel between regions throughout the country.
The changes apply to means of public transport, such as intercity buses, trains and airplanes, on trips that are greater than 200 kilometers.
Now, the Mobility Pass, an online document that certifies vaccines in people, has greater relevance for interregional travel.
Gloria Hutt, Minister of Transport and Telecommunications, noted in October that “All preventive measures such as the correct and permanent use of masks, sanitation and in circulation spaces, such as terminals, will be maintained. ”

The requirements will be to possess the Mobility Pass to travel.
In the case of people who do not have the document, they will have to present a negative PCR made in Chile at least 72 hours in advance.
On the other hand, those who have an indication of mandatory isolation for being positive for COVID-19, or failing that they are close contact or come from abroad, will not be able to make interregional trips, because they must comply with the health quarantine.
