What are the benefit requirements?
According to the information from the AFP, the following people may apply for the Fiscal Charge Bonus:
Those affiliates, pensioners (old age and disability) and survivor pension beneficiaries who as of March 31, 2021 have registered a balance in their individual capitalization account of mandatory contributions or voluntary affiliate less than $ 200,000 and who comply with one of the following conditions:
A) People who have withdrawn their pension funds in the 1st or 2nd withdrawal, between July 30, 2020 and March 31, 2021, who have registered at some point a balance equal to zero in their mandatory or affiliate account voluntary.
B) People who have or have not made the 1st or 2nd withdrawal, who are affiliated with an AFP as of January 1, 2021 and who, as of March 31, 2021, have registered a balance in their mandatory and / or larger voluntary affiliate account to zero and less than $ 200,000.
